Prototyping

Quality 3D CAD models of your product concepts are essential if you want to take advantage of the most up to date plastic 3D Printing technologies. For metal parts there are CNC machining, punching, casting, and several metal powder sintering processes that can be preformed directly from a 3D model.

Plastic parts can be machined or produced by any number of 3D "printing" technologies including SLA (Stereolithography), SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), Urethane casting and others.

We will work closely with you and our fast prototype vendors to select the correct process and material for your application. We can even help with the procuring, assembling and testing of your prototype components if that is requested.
